The difference between domestic thermal transfer ink and Inktec thermal transfer ink

Color: Domestic thermal transfer ink does not have the same color as Inktec thermal transfer ink, especially black, which is grayish. After transfer, the color is not as bright as Inktec thermal transfer ink.

Fluency: Most domestic inks are prone to clogging because the ink particles are relatively large and can easily clog the nozzle.

Resolution rate: Use the same model of printer to print the same pattern with domestic ink and imported one. Transfer the two pictures to the cup and compare them together. You will find that the pattern printed with domestic ink is not so clear and the color transition is The color aspect is not so clear either.

Thermal transfer ink is also called sublimation ink. It is mainly used for heated transfer printing products. Thermal transfer ink can be heated by a thermal transfer machine to clearly print patterns and text on other products, so it is a thermal transfer ink. Compared with other dye inks, pigment inks and water-based inks, thermal transfer inks in the transfer industry have brighter colors and higher density.

It is suitable for Epson, Mimaki, Roland, and Mutoh inkjet printers. It is printed on special sublimation transfer paper and dispersed onto polyester fabrics and specially coated materials under high-temperature heating.
